In this modern world we live in there is so much going on, our minds have to deal with so many things all at once. at any one time are we really thinking in a conscious way, are we thinking about what we are doing or are our minds wandering?

Why am i  asking this? At GymtoYou we think it is very important to look at how clients think and relate to their bodies movement patterns, we strive to help you deal with this and safely manage the  change.

Its going to be difficult to get the most out of an exercise or training session if we dont practice it, if we dont think about and understand the muscle groups and movement patterns we are trying to use and perform.

Its not all about the amount of weight you are lifting or how many reps  your doing, its how your doing them thats the most important thing.
