These days Companies and trainers alike are pushing all sorts of products with  amazing weight loss,  muscle building  and stamina claims attached to them. How do you know if they do what the say they do, you dont.

Maybe just maybe we are getting sucked in. Shiny packaging, fantastic fast results, pictures of people with unbelievable bodies WOW “I WANT …..OR HAVE TO BE LIKE THAT !! ” so off we go to the nearest supplement store or supermarket or hop online and spend our hard earned cash on powders  or liquids  that will make us look like superman, or woman. 100% money back  if they dont.

Do we know whats in them? What happens when we mix these products ? Does everybody stick to the recommended dosage. No, i doubt it very much.

Have you ever sat down and reflected on how lazy we are getting. We cant even get off the couch to change channels, pushbikes with motors, lifts, people driving around and around carparks just so they dont have to walk that extra 20 metres. Maybe if we did a few of those things everyday we wouldnt require that magic potion.
